On the afternoon of April 25, the “Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between Fudan University Shanghai Medical College and the WHO Regional Office for Europe” was held at the Zibin Building. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in high-level medical education and talent cultivation, exchanges and mutual visits of medical experts, and global health.
Jin Li, President of Fudan University and Dean of Shanghai Medical College, and Hans Kluge, Director of the WHO Regional Office for Europe, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions. The ceremony was chaired by Chen Zhimin, Vice President of Fudan University. Attendees included Wu Fan, Vice Dean of Shanghai Medical College; Gauden Galea, Strategic Advisor on Noncommunicable Diseases and Innovation at the WHO Regional Office for Europe; and Qiao Jianrong, Coordinator of the WHO China Office. Key leaders from Fudan University's School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Institute of Nutrition, and relevant university departments were also present.
